Aircraft Turnaround Coordination

As a ground handling consultant, it’s crucial that we provide our customers our expertise, services and tools for their cargo business. Our management team consist of ex- airlines employees with vast experience in this industry with multiple certifications. Our dedicated staffs hold the following certificates which therefore enable us to ensure smooth handling of any cargo operations be it on chartered basis or scheduled flights.

Parking Slot Coordination

We are able to coordinate with the ground staff to obtain most ideal parking bay.

Crew Transfer & Hotel

We are able to provide airside transport for layover crews and assist them with the CIQ clearance. We also provide booking for hotel accommodation as well as transportation to and from airport for layover crews.

Catering

On-board catering can be arranged upon request.
Crew Check In

Crew Check-in

We are able to provide airside transport for passengers on board and assist them with the customs & immigration clearance.

Aircraft Ramp Side Activities

We will liaise with airport ground handlers to ensure the necessary equipment and manpower is in position by the parking bay upon arrival of the aircraft. Our dedicated staff will be there to monitor and to ensure smooth loading & unloading of the cargo.

Weight & Balance / Loadsheet

We will co-ordinate to ensure the loadsheet, loading instruction report, notice to captain and other necessary documents are being prepared upon arrival of the aircraft.

Flight Dispatch Support

We will liaise with ground handlers on any flight re- scheduling.

On Time Performance

Given an acceptable time frame turnaround, it will benefit aircraft operators better rotation of their aircrafts that subsequently helps reduce costs of operations and increases and/or maximize revenue of the organization. OPT term is not widely used but if not in checked, it will affect the bottom-line.
